NYPD detective Andrew Jackson, known as ''Stone Wall'' for his hard-nosed policing tactics, is the subject of an ongoing investigation by Internal Affairs. He''s one bad decision away from losing his badge and possibly serving jail time when he''s handed what could be the case to save his career: the Black Lotus killings.
